ADVANCED SCANNING
DocuClass Advanced Scanning is designed to capture, process and index any type of paper-based documents. Scanned images and index data can be released directly into the DocuClass System for search and retrieval. The Advanced Scanning module can be used at the front or back end of any document workflow process.
Key features of the DocuClass Advanced Scanning component include:
User-Friendly: Includes pre-configured scenarios, representative of real scanning situations, which allow any scanner operator to perform from the simplest to the most complex of scanning and indexing jobs with a few clicks of the mouse.
Complete: All the components needed to perform any task required during the scanning/indexing process are provided, including scanning, image correction, document separation and classification, barcodes and patch codes, advanced indexing, quality assurance, index verification and release to DocuClass.
Compatible: Advanced Scanning can perform high-speed scanning and image enhancement on the fly using any scanner with TWAIN drivers. No special drivers or proprietary interface is required.
Flexible: Documents can be easily moved from one queue to another to perform specific operations at various points during the scanning process. Advanced Scanning can also be configured to run in automatic, manual or combined mode.
